Sometimes,the complaints comes up that i phone is not working due to some hidden problems. The situation becomes so worst if response doesn’t come from the screen,it becomes very hard to achieve any success by using the iPhone.Even the messages and calls are coming, but we are unable to do anything,because iPhone screen is not working.

PROBLEMS FACED BY USERS:

Some problems are faced by users due to iPhone screen.
first problem is that i Phone screen turned black and user is helpless to do anything.He is helpless to receive calls even user cannot see who is calling.Sleep awake button is holding down and didn’t help the purpose.
Second problem is that iPhone screen is jammed and don’t give any response when touch.
Two people said that about half of the buttons become unresponsive.People tried to use phone by holding down the sleep/wake button,until the phone started.

FORCED RESTORE:

The last thing is that people used forced restore of the phone with having any approval.it contains that iPhone can be reset by holding down the sleep/wake button and the home button.if force restore fails memory can be lost.

ASK APPLE FOR A REPLACEMENT:

Force restore is not a good technique,it can be delete all the data stored in the phone. Apple should give replacement of force replacement.
